HGVs with limited Good Direct Vision will require to have a Safe System in place to provide Indirect vision where Direct Vision is insufficient.
From October 2020, HGVs over 12T will need a Safety Permit to enter Greater London. The Durite DVS Safe System Kit fully complies with the Direct Vision Standard from Transport for London.The sensor system in this kit benefits from superfast detection speed of 0.2s and includes a fully water- and dust tight ECU (protected to IP69K).

Durite Left Turn Speaker. Speaker announcement is “This vehicle is turning left”. Used for warning external hazards of a potential threat when the vehicle is manoeuvring left. Suitable for use on large, light goods and public service vehicles. Automatically activates when left turn indicator is in use. Waterproof to IP66.
